WHO WILL EVENTUALLY "BOW"?, PR OR THE RULER?

I wish to add a little to my previous post titled Will Malaysia Gain It's "Independence" from "Draconian Laws" As It Turns 57?

I thought DAP MP for Shah Alam, Khalid Samad, was the latest to be probed under the Sedition Act, but with Rafizi Ramli (PKR strategy director) joining the row of PKR/PR leaders probed and charged under the Act, PKR's Rafizi faces sedition investigation tomorrow   it looks,  in the event all are convicted with a minimum fine of RM 2, 000 - PKR in particular and PR in general, would stand to lose most of it's "ayam tambatan" (party strong leaders).

With Seri Delima DAP assemblyman R.S.N. Rayer also to be charged for similar offence, for uttering "Umno celaka" in Penang assembly in May, all party components of PR (People's Pact) - PKR, PAS and the DAP, have it's "representatives" to be investigated and charged under the Act.

Many Selangor voters are incensed that Anwar Ibrahim's "insane power play" led to the sacking of Khalid Ibrahim from the party and forced him to relinquish his position as MB (chief minister) of Malaysia' most developed and richest state, Selangor.

To many Selangorians, Anwar's "power insanity" is clearly demonstrated via it's Kajang Move plan and his insistence of only nominating his wife Azizah for the post of the new MB despite the Selangor Ruler's decree that each party in PR coalition submit at least two names for his consideration.

Selangor people have no option but to agree and accept the fact that appointment of a new MB is imminent as destined by the party.

Many people of Selangor don't really understand why PKR (strongly supported by DAP) became fixated on it's intent of only nominating Azizah for the post.

As far as DAP's strong (some said blindly) support behind PKR's insistence of Azizah is concerned, there are two popular assumptions -
  1. That they (DAP) "mesmerized" or could even been "hypnotized" by Anwar Ibrahim.
  2. That DAP would be in state of ascendancy in the event Azizah fails..
Now rise the following questions;
  1. Could  PKR and DAP's strong stance of maintaining their decision to only nominate Azizah (despite the Ruler's decree) be construed as a provocation to HRH the Sultan? PKR, DAP to forward only Wan Azizah's name
  2. Could that defiance ire the Ruler?
  3. What would happen should the Ruler continue to refuse to consent Azizah's nomination?
  4. Isn't that means PR provides Khalid with the "life" to remain MB based on the Ruler's decree until a suitable candidate is found?
  5. With reference to the component parties that said a single name nomination was in line with the convention practiced by PR in 2013 - then, Khalid was nominated for a second term in office. Thus, Ruler's selection process became unnecessary. What if the Ruler makes reference to past/earlier convention?

Khalid may eventually concede defeat (in fact to some extent, he has, by submitting his resignation letter,) but as of now, isn't he still the No.1 in Selangor?

An Independent assemblyman at the helm of Selangor's administration?

Let's not to mention morality. The unseating of Kajang former assemblyman and the Kajang by-election itself were seen lacking in moral. That's what those in opposition to Kajang Move felt.
