IS TRUTH PREVAILING NOW...?

You know what?

I received text messages with OMG!!!

Anwar now said, Khalid Ibrahim has to be removed because he was insensitive towards the need of the Selangor people!

Khalid had many positive traits, but lack of sensitivity to the concerns of ordinary people and that had caused much unhappiness.

"He has made a lot of contributions, he is honest and transparent, but what we are also concerned about is his insensitivity.

"There is no point in having a surplus of RM800 million in road repairs fund when there are potholes all over the place.

"In Kajang, for instance, there are potholes everywhere and garbage collection is still a problem," he said, at the PKR congress.

"Azizah and I appreciates his loyalty and contributions to the party all these years," he added.

Anwar acknowledges Khalid's track record and that the task to remove him was not easy as Anwar considered Khalid "family".

"He is my friend. It wasn't easy for me to remove him. I have defended him for years, even when there were repeated calls for him to be removed," said Anwar.

Now, having digested Anwar's statements at PKR 10th National Congress, my friends and I have arrived to the following conclusions -

That, attempts to oust Khalid Ibrahim from the MB (chief minister) post which then escalated to his expulsion from the party was due to his insensitivity towards the need of the people of Selangor and not for his wrongdoings as the 40-page dossier which contains all allegations of his wrongdoings was not mentioned as being the reason to get him removed, when it should have been the case..

Now, previously it was said Khalid lacks integrity leading to the issuance of PKR's 40-page dossier against him, but now, it's insensitivity. Which one precisely?

Friends said no wonder they did not lodge the dossier to relevant authorities. It now strengthened if not confirmed that the dossier was a sheer tool to pressure/threat Khalid to step-down.

That, Anwar's "He has made a lot of contributions, he is honest and transparent.. is in grave contradiction to the dossier, let alone all utterances of disparaging remarks by PKR and DAP leaders against Khalid.

It so happened, I took note of every single leader who passed such remarks and now wonder if they are telling the truth or just part of the scheme to fix Khalid.

Anwar's latest revelation and/or admission made during his party congress about Khalid mirrored his and his party's evil design of getting rid Khalid.

I have written, truth would eventually prevail and I even quote Abraham Lincoln's wise words,"You can fool all the people sometime, and some of the people all the time, but you cannot fool all the people all the time."

I took some time going through all Anwar's statements during the congress reported in English & Malay news portals and none was said about Khalid's specific wrongdoing(s).

My friends and I agreed, if Khalid is indeed persecuted by leaders of PKR, then he is a victim of human savagery, but as the idiom goes,"What goes around comes around" or "As you sow so shall you reap", not to also forget,"Every dog got it's day."

It makes Khalid's defiance looks "acceptable"  if he was all along aware, of the "evil plan" by his former party and it's leadership.

People are beginning to question -
  1. When Anwar was convicted by the Court of Appeal for his sodomy case, he could have named other leader of PKR to contest the Kajang by-election instead of his wife Wan Azizah. Does PKR dried of quality leaders to carry out necessary tasks determined by the party? Azizah is the president of PKR, in Anwar's absence (behind bars if his sodomy conviction is maintained by the Federal Court) Azizah could bid to be the prime minister of Malaysia after 14th general election.
  2. Why Anwar insist only his wife Azizah be nominated for the post of Selangor MB (chief minister) to the extent of in direct "confrontation" with PAS which requested for additional alternative name to be submitted along with his wife?
  3. Is it only Azizah that he could "dictate" effectively?
  4. Is there a bigger agenda behind the Kajang Move?
Meanwhile Azizah was reported as saying that it is not her desire to go after power in Malaysia's richest state, but more to adhering what the party wanted after seeing Khalid failed to manage effectively.

People's reaction to her statement was degrading when they said it's not Azizah but his husband (Anwar) who wanted her to become MB for reason(s) best known to him.Without his husband she won't be what she is today, let alone becoming Selangor MB.

Another interesting thing is, while Khalid prepares for his audience with the Selangor Ruler probably today, Rafizi (PKR strategy director) tells Khalid of not to have fresh polls.

He urged Khalid to respect the people's wishes and not to have fresh election to resolve the present impasse of who should be MB.

"I want to remind Khalid with what is left of his integrity and good name, to manage the transition well by respecting the wishes of the people. Do not dissolve the assembly.

"If he wants to retire, retire in a good way," he said in his reply to points raised at the PKR congress.

So much from this Pandan MP, architect for the Kajang Move, who conceded that many criticisms had been hurled against him said,"Our biggest duty is to fulfill our promises to the people."

But to some who regard Rafizi a sheer spin master said, if had kick-started the Kajang Move by vacating Kajang seat for a fresh election, why is he now saying there shouldn't be a dissolution of the state assembly?

What fears him with a fresh election?
Loosing seats in the state assembly?

Is he being ignorant? Our system is based on the Westminster system thus, it is the prerogative of the MB to do so.

Wasn't he one of the main player of the Kajang Move which rooted to all the current mess?
Let's face the people and see if PKR could still sustain their current 13 seats. If they can't, isn't it a significant indication that people of Selangor are against his and/or his party's Kajang Move?

He simply and conveniently claim people's wishes... does he precisely know what are the wishes of the majority Selangor people?

He would not admit that he received criticisms for his Kajang move if people of Selangor or the majority agreed to his plan.

Let the Selangor voters decide if Azizah could be their MB and who is he precisely to demand Khalid or even the Ruler to heed to his call when he is not even a state assemblyman or MP for Selangor, let alone a Selangor resident?

It is entirely up to the Ruler whether to accept or reject Khalid's advise or he recommends. Not forgetting, the Ruler himself could ask for dissolution even if Khalid advise otherwise.

Those annoyed with Rafizi are heard "telling" Rafizi to shut-up as it was his foolishness that has put Selangor in the current mess.

Is Rafizi forgetting that he the one who said PR is willing to risk a fresh election in Selangor just to get rid of Khalid?

Why the U-turn?

Now, are you in agreement here that several leaders of PKR talk eggs in the morning then talk chicken in the afternoon?

If Rafizi has no regret for being hurled with criticisms for his Kajang Move simply because he felt he was right, let me assure him many won't regret for leaving his party, let alone for not buying his words.
