Should Star's report that Shahrizat is expected to be Najib's special officer on women's affair soon is true, then as I expected, her vocal disagreement for positions of party president and deputy president to be contested bears fruit?.
As I had suspected, her and/or Women wing's? all out efforts to 'fight' anybody challenging the top two posts in the party may have a 'hidden agenda'. Possibly, to secure a post for herself in Najib's administration?.
From a minister (elected by people) to a minister (via senator-ship) ; when qualification of senator-ship exhausted to special officer? Just like Nazri's son in Tourism ministry?
In the case of Nazri's son, Nazri reiterated that his son's salary comes from his own pocket but for Sharizat, I'm not sure where her salary will come from.
Should it comes from Najib's pocket, I believe people wouldn't mind but if it comes from public fund, is it a wise decision by Najib?. As public fund comes from people, we had every reason to dispute her appointment. Public know why.
As if there is no capable women in this country Najib can appoint to perform the task of Women affairs, her appointment may reflects Najib's 'dire' need of support from the Women's wing should his position is challenged at the coming party polls.
So much had been said about transformation leaders and yet it's the same old leaders being recycled?.
Already BN's Govt 100 days receiving red from many people, Najib's 'unrealistic' action(s) will only further 'deteriorate' his own administration's image.
Image is one thing. Having an effective, controversy free leaders to be part of his team is another.
The nation needs not only 'clean' but seen 'clean' (thanks to Dr Mahathir) leaders and most importantly, with high credibility & integrity, let alone best brains.
This is nothing personal. This is about nation and people's interest.
Many would agree with me that Najib still has in his cabinet those categorically, arrogant leaders in their own ways.
I wonder, what leader that don't please others except himself doing in his cabinet?.
What can a citizen expect to get if he/she seeks assistance?
Despite rampant strong criticisms in public domain, it seems criticisms were ignored and/or had fallen on deaf ears. To make matter worst, those criticised get his moral support?.
As Umno assembly draws nearer, the 'heat' is beginning to show. We have already read reports as how two ministers, Youth chief Khairy Jamaluddin (Sport) telling Nazri (Tourism) to look at himself.
(Take note, Khairy has indicated that he would defend Umno Youth chief post.)
