My deepest condolences to all the bereaved families, relatives & friends of both tragedies, May God the Almighty rest their souls.
MH17 calamity should be seen an international catastrophe and not merely a national one as it has also taken the lives of various other nationalities.
We are all mourning today for the loss of hundreds of innocent lives in both tragedies and unlike MH370, Malaysia should not delay it's international diplomatic initiative towards demanding international inquiry. The downing of MH17 is a sheer insensible crime that must be condemned by all as it is a crime against humanity. There must not be any territorial restrictions, race and religion to denounce such inhumane crime on innocent civilians.
Thrown in the limelight again is non other than the "ailing" Malaysian Airlines System (MAS). In the process of calculating and fine-tuning losses from MH370, they are now set to experience another potential loss from MH17 tragedy.
I'm not sure how much will be the unseen loss MAS would suffer in term of people's "phobia" of travelling with their planes.
"Sudah jatuh di timpa tangga," simply means row in trouble, it's a real trying-time, if not crucial time for MAS especially in their efforts to rehabilitate people's confidence on the company.
MH17 tragedy has really made me "speechless" and my only hope is for the perpetrators to be brought to justice.
I'm sure, all Malaysians are behind Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak in his call for "swift justice" against all responsible in the downing and killing of 298 passengers/crew of MH17.
