CHAOTIC PKR PRESS CONFERENCE OVER SELANGOR MB POST? HAVE I TOLD YOU LATELY THAT...
CHAOTIC PKR (People's Justice Party) press conference over Selangor chief minister's (MB) post?
Surprise not! the drama is still long way to go. Believe me. Time will tell.
A press statement endorsing Dr Wan Azizah's candidacy as chief minister (MB) released only to be withdrawn two minutes later?
Unidentified man claimed there was an error in that statement before collecting it back from reporters?
Contradictory statements?
Zuraida (believe to be aligned to deputy president Azmin) spoken in her capacity as Ampang division chief and not her larger role as PKR's women chief?
Soon after the press conference ended, another unidentified man handed reporters another press release naming Azmin Ali as another candidate to be considered for the MB post?
The second statement supposed to be issued by state PKR information chief and Sri Muda assemblyman Shuhaimi Shafiei, but he was nowhere in sight?
Zuraida who was believed to read out the second statement made an abrupt U-turn at the last minute following pressure allegedly from the "higher-ups" in the party?
The Star sighted Shuhaimi's statement several hours before the press conference, and was told that this would be the official stand of the state PKR leadership?
While Selangor PKR respected the Party's decision to name Dr Wan Azizah as the sole candidate, they urged the party consider Azmin on the grounds of his long standing experiences as a politician?
The statement said Azmin was the "most experienced assemblyman in PKR" and received support from nine states, including Selangor? Chaos as Azmin's name surfaces for MB at PKR presser
People...
You still want to believe now, what PKR leaders who earlier claimed Azizah's candidacy for MB received full support of PKR leaders and members? PKR backs Wan Azizah
"You can fool some of the people all of the time, and all of the people some of the time, but you cannot fool all of the people all of the time" Abraham Lincoln.
If DAP and all it's leaders could be "fooled" by PKR's dramatology, I'm surprised.
Another revelation!!.
The shambled "Kajang Move" architect Rafizi Ramli (the "rat-catcher" who cannot "smell" the so-called TS Khalid 40-page wrongdoings any time earlier?) revealed that PR (People's Pact) had issues nominating a candidate for Prime Minister in the event the Opposition coalition took over Putrajaya!
He was reported to have said that senior PAS leaders had met with PKR de facto leader DS Anwar Ibrahim prior to the 13th general election (GE13) and informed him that they would be nominating someone else and not the PR supremo in the event the coalition seize Putrajaya!
Rafizi's Statements-
1 - "One month before GE13, PAS leaders Datuk Seri Abdul Hadi Awang, Mohamad Sabu, Datuk Harun Din, Datuk Tuan Ibrahim Tuan Man and Datuk Mustafa Ali all met with Anwar and told him that they would nominate Umno's Tengku Razaleigh Hamzah as Prime Minister should we win Putrajaya.
2 - "This is why we never announced the Prime Minister's candidate in the last general election.
3 - "PKR has always felt we need to keep it together, but we also need to explain and I don't think the public understand. Changing Khalid is the hardest thing - you need to get all three parties to agree.
4 - "We cannot continue to be dragged by indecisiveness especially when we are sure we have enough evidence and grounds to remove (Khalid).
5 - "I do not think we can go into the next election sweeping this under the carpet, let's settle this once and for all with the rakyat. If PAS wants to do anything drastic, so be it," he said.
Would I be fooled with all Rafizi's above statements?
I don't think so! Even his "Kajang Move" cannot fooled me. Scroll my post on twitter @afralabdullah.
I made it clear that "Kajang Move" is a waste of public funds and is against the principles and values they (PKR) has preached.
I have no comment to those "fooled" by "Kajang Move".
Not only they are not truthful of what "Kajang Move" is all about, but most importantly its the same that led to Selangor MB fracas. No?
And now, he is using the ongoing dispute over Khalid's MB position to drive home his point.
Look at statement number 3. "...and I don't think the public understand. Changing Khalid is the hardest thing..."
Is Rafizi insulting our intelligence? I do not know with you people, but he can insult mine.
Now, look up above for Chaos as Azmin's name surfaces for MB at PKR presser. Re-read and re-digest if you need. Isn't that's part of the untold "Kajang Move?"
Of course it's the hardest thing to do when the removing of Khalid is politically motivated. NO?
Ask yourself people, just how long you think Azizah could hold on to the MB post once Anwar is behind bars? (Should his conviction appeal rejected by the High Court). Given that a thought?
Now look at statement number 4. "..we are sure we have enough evidence and grounds to remove (Khalid)"
The easiest and swift way to oust Khalid from the MB office is to let the law deals with him. If Rafizi said they have enough evidence of Khalid's wrongdoings, they could have lodged a formal report with the authority.
If implicated, the party could suspend him until investigation is completed, if found guilty, the party can terminate his membership. Meanwhile, a new candidate could be submitted to the Sultan to continue as Selangor administrator.Simple as that.
Will Khalid refuse that? He would be in no position to refuse or as they said, of being recalcitrant.
